Establishment Deed

This is the birth certificate of a fund; it's the legal document that brings the whole thing into existence in the first place.

Master Trust Deed

This is the rulebook that governs how the fund operates day-to-day; think of it as the fund's terms and conditions between the manager (The Curve Investments) and investors (You).

Deed of Amendment

This is the fund's way of officially crossing something out and rewriting it, because even constitutions need updating sometimes.

Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)

A PDS is basically an instruction manual - it tells you exactly what you're buying, what it costs, and what could go wrong. Think of it as the terms and conditions of your money.

Direct Debit Form

Statement of Investment Objectives (SIPO)

A SIPO is essentially the rulebook that tells you how a fund manager is allowed to play with your money - what they can invest in, what they can't, and how much risk they're allowed to take. Think of it as the fund's constitution.
