What we're trying
to achieve
The Curve Fund invests in quality companies around the world with one goal: growing your money over the long term (think five years or more, not five months).
We prefer to back companies that are female-led, founder-led, and future-focused -the leadership, industries, and ideas shaping where the world is going.
The Fund is a New Zealand PIE, which means tax is handled for you at a rate capped at 28%.

What we invest in...
Female-led
Fewer than one in ten S&P 500 companies is led by a woman. In our view, female-led companies attract less of the market's attention than they deserve - and where fewer investors are looking, we believe quality can go unnoticed. That's why female leadership is one of the lenses we use when searching for exceptional companies the market may have overlooked.
Founder-led
Because nobody cares about a business like the person who built it. Founders typically own meaningful stakes in their companies and often think in decades, not quarters. We believe that kind of ownership encourages long-term decision-making - investing through downturns, protecting culture, resisting short-term fixes.
We look for leaders with real skin in the game.
Future-focused
Because we'd rather invest in where the world is going than where it's been. We look for companies leading long-term shifts - in technology, healthcare, climate, and education - the ones we believe are shaping how people will live, work, and spend in the years ahead.
No one can predict the future, but we can invest with it in mind.
What it costs...
1.50% per year: our management fee, which covers running the Fund (including the supervisor, custodian, administrator, and auditor).
A performance fee only when we've earned it: 15% of returns above 10% per year and only payable when the Fund hits a new all-time high. If we don't perform, we don't get paid it. Simple.
No entry fees. No exit fees. No transaction fees.
