We know legal documents aren't exactly that exciting but because we manage your money, we're regulated, and that means we're required to be upfront about a few things. If something doesn't make sense or you want to know more, just ask - we're always happy to explain.

Elevation Capital Funds Management Limited is the licensed manager of the Elevation Capital Global Shares Fund. On 18th May 2026, Elevation Capital Funds Management Limited was placed under new management and renamed The Curve Investments and the Elevation Capital Global Shares Fund was renamed The Curve Fund. The Fund's investment objectives and strategy remains unchanged. The current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) is available below.

Master Trust Deed

This is the rulebook that governs how the fund operates day-to-day; think of it as the fund's terms and conditions between the manager (The Curve Investments) and investors (You).

Deed of Amendment

This is the fund's way of officially crossing something out and rewriting it, because even constitutions need updating sometimes.

Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)

A PDS is basically an instruction manual - it tells you exactly what you're buying, what it costs, and what could go wrong. Think of it as the terms and conditions of your money.

Statement of Investment Objectives (SIPO)
